Incoming calls processed and recorded by Asterisk and authenticated against the caller's record in OpenLDAP. The caller's name and company is displayed on the handset display and logged against their customer profile . For distributed working, voicemails can be sent to your e-mail inbox as mpeg attachments and accessed using Zimbra or Squirrelmail.
